More amazing overland rigs from Overland Expo 2013! There are so many cool rigs out there that people have modified for overland travel that don’t fit into the categories already talked about (Vans, Land Rovers, Toyotas, Jeeps & Big Rigs). This post is to highlight those other options that you might not have considered when looking for an adventure rig. The H3 is not big, but with this trailer it has plenty of living space.

I had fun tackling the offroad course in the 2013 Mercedes G-Wagon. SUCH a cool and capable truck. Now if only I could afford one (start at $113,000), or the repairs for that matter:(

Mitsubishi Montero are proven rigs, they just need a diesel power plant option in the states.
